Update on the XDC Covid-19 Situation

Although the situation improved a lot with the vaccines, the situation worldwide (and specifically in Europe) is far from ideal to organize a physical conference: there are even some restrictions until October 2021 that affect both the venue and the organization of events in Poland.
Therefore, like last year, the X.Org Foundation Board of Directors have decided to have a virtual XDC 2021 conference.
