Description
GStreamer is a powerful multimedia framework allowing users to build all possible types of media pipelines. However, complex pipeline development can be challenging to follow and debug. To address this, we propose DgiStreamer, a one-stop solution with a graph-based UI and connection type validation. DgiStreamer simplifies pipeline development, visualizes the flow, and ensures pads type compatibility. It empowers developers to focus on their project, reducing development and debugging time.

| Speaker bio | Mattia Angelini is a Research Associate in the DeepCamera multidisciplinary research group at CYENS Center of Excellence in Nicosia, Cyprus. He obtained a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Pisa, while also working as a full stack developer. Currently, he is pursuing an MSc in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Cyprus while working at CYENS. At CYENS, he focuses on the development of deep learning solutions for computer vision applications. He is the lead developer of DgiStreamer and other machine learning video compression algorithms. |
